Dr Sandhu is very kind, calm , compassionate and professional doctor. The front is very rude and lied that she called us multiple times to confirm the appointment. There was no calls or VMs left on either my dad or my number. I wouldn’t give bad rating to the doctor because unprofessional behaviour of the front office . I would suggest the front office girl take some coaching or classes on professionalism.
This doctor's office lives in the 20th century, bearly. No answer phone outside office hours. That is the doctor's decision. Phones do not open as soon as office is open. No email, no website. Polite but very unhelpful person who answers the phone. The doctor also does not listen. Avoid.
