I’m surprised that someone left a bad review about Dr. Edibam. I just got my wisdom teeth out here today, and Edibam is a great surgeon. I had nausea before getting the IV as a result of nervousness, but Dr. Edibam encouraged me to not wait or try to vomit. As soon as the chair was reclined, the nausea went away and I was relaxed. The needle for the IV for the anesthesia hurt a little, but after they took it out, they placed the IV and moments later I fell asleep. Dr Edibam is an excellent, highly trained, oral surgeon. He takes his time and explains everything prior to treatment. The office staff is professional and friendly. The technology is state-of-the-art, which I understand, is essential for exact placement of implants. I recommend Dr. Edibam without hesitation.
As a Cosmetic Dentist in Stamford, I have had the opportunity to have worked closely with excellent oral surgeons and other dental specialists throughout Connecticut. Several years ago Dr. Edibam performed bone graft surgery on my lower jaw in preparation for a tooth implant. It was painful and costly and failed immediately. The subsequent infection required weeks of antibiotics and pain medication. And now, over time, the bone graft material has migrated and caused a disfigured left jaw line.
