Dr. Desai is the real deal. She listens mindfully and answers thoughtfully. She is honest when she doesn’t have enough data to respond to a question. She never once made me feel rushed. Everything about her energy and behavior was kind and attentive and gentle. She wasn’t alarmist or reactionary about a single thing and she didn’t treat me like an idiot just because I don’t have a medical degree. She was transparent about billing and costs. She was absolutely wonderful. I give her 5 because I can’t give her 6.
My experience with Dr. Desai has been exceptional. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and empathetic -- with unparalleled professionalism. It's easy to set up a convenient appointment on short notice, and appointments begin promptly at the stated times. She does not take insurance, but you do get what you pay for. It's a far better value than paying an insurance copayment and waiting months to see a harried doctor who may not even remember your name. Highly recommended!
Dr. Desai is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever been to in my life (and I’m 50)! I had been putting off getting a GP, but she came highly recommended from a close friend, so I decided to give it a try, even though I had never previously considered trying “concierge” healthcare (or whatever the proper term is). I did not go to a doctor here.. I went to an angel.. thats all I gotta say.. in this hustle bustle of life dr. Desai have all the time in the world to not to show her patients that she is busy.. once you are her patient she will never forget about you. I went to her during my pregnancy 4 th month and I was so sick.. she put me on antibiotics I started feeling so much better but because of other problems I didn't fully recovered... but Dr desai never left my sight she kept on following up with me for two months through emails... read more
