This place charges $100 deposit for an over the phone consultation even though my co-pay is $25. They weren’t willing to take my copay for the deposit either. Talked to 3 different people in the office and no one was willing to work me. Called my doctor immediately for another referral. Can’t work with a new patient for something so little already sets the tone for the office.
I have two beautiful baby boys thanks to Dr. Z and his team. They were all very nice, professional, and honest about the challenges that could occur during the process.
Dr. Zoneraich took time to discuss my options, listened to my concerns, and he found out that I have a blood disorder which my previous fertility doctor ignored the symptoms. The most important thing was that at every visit I felt he took his time to explain the different procedures and "the next steps". I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs IVF or fertility treatment to have children. I just had my second son with the help of Dr. Zoneraich and his team via IVF.
Would have left it at 0 stars if I could have. 8 years later and we still haven't forgotten how we were treated...like dollar signs in somebody's eye. Run through the mill along with everybody else. Chastised when we called on the weekend with a question. Just an awful place.
