Awful. Uncaring. Shouldn't have a medical license.
I was referred to call this office for my digestive issues. Didn't make the appointment due to the absolute rudeness coming from the other end of the phone. The lady that I spoke with seems like she hates her job, other people, and maybe life, in general. Looks like she's consistent though. One star is the consensus so far for this place. No thanks!
What a great experience! I was nervous about getting a colonoscopy and everyone was wonderful and put me at ease! Dr. Winstead is smart and obviously very good at what he does. Very professional! LOVED the nurses and the anesthesiologist! Thomas Hospital has it organized to a tee!
I would give zero stars if I could. Incompetent staff. Rude. Threatening. Canceled appointment and wouldn’t deal with this office again if you paid me.
This is a Doctor who flunked Bedside Manner in medical School. He never introduced himself. Some 24 hour after he performed an esophagoscopy for he came waltzing into my hospital room and gruffly stated, “You have cancer of the esophagos.”and walked out. Never heard from him again. On subsequent examinations with my own trusted physician, the cancer diagnosis was completely wrong. Imagine living with that Damoclean sword hanging over you while you go through many tests and procedures.
