He expects patients to have the capacity to make collaborative treatment decisions. The management of the office has some issues, but they are making slow improvements.
Staff and office manager is unprofessional .Dont return phone calls when they say they will.poor scheduling of appointments. Should get new staff that has good customer service skills.
