Performed whipple procedure on my father. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and focused on successful outcomes. Grateful to Dr. Zilbert, my dad had no issues and recovered quick. Follow ups took place after, no issues with booking and availability. The entire team was helpful. Highly recommend
Dr Zilbert has excellent bedside manners. He's very informative when communicating.
Dismissive, clearly overworked. Same thing with his secretary. Had to go to 3 different locations just for them to tell me nothing is wrong although I am in pain daily.
Dr. Zilbert it's an amazing surgeon. He operated on my daugther last week and the surgery was successful, but his receptionist/client care lady it straight out awful and rude, trying to set up a follow up appointment with such a condescending person was rather challenging. I can understand that we are humans and not always have great days but this lady's lack of respect and tone has been consistent everytime we call his office, so I believe that it is her default behaviour, sad specially considering how kind and respectful t... read more
