Went to the Pottsville location from Bernville because the Wyomissing location would’ve taken longer to get in. I drove 40 minutes to be greeted by a woman who didn’t even look up at me and did not smile once through the intake. She was not welcoming or caring at all. When I met with the Doctor, he was nice enough but the interaction was rushed and I feel like he didn’t listen to me at all. Well I missed one appt here and the dr won’t see me I get chronic migraines And I forgot to call so now this one dr won’t see now if your going to do that tell all your patience this I need surgery on my hand and now go though this
This doctor is wonderful, he takes the time to answer questions and has a great attitude, he did my hand surgery last year and I feel great!!!highly recommended!!
