I would love someone in Banner Management to call me back. I put in a complaint today regarding the staff and Dr Tholl’s office re: a referral to see my cancer doctors for treatment on an upcoming surgery in January. Unfortunately Dr Tholl is unable to take over any task from my CA doctor I was with for 16 years and refers out for everything when you’re able to get in and see him. Good guy, takes his time with our son who has special needs.. thorough and caring
I have been going to Dr. Nathan Tholl since I moved here since 2020, and I can tell you that he is not only professional but kind and extremely thorough, in explaining things in terms that I could understand, he never rushes me to get on with his next patient either. My family and I feel blessed to have found him!
My husband and I both started going to Dr Tholl recently. He is thorough and we have both been amazed to find an excellent doctor that genuinely is addressing our needs!
