They are not efficient or user friendly. They do not correct their mistakes when they make them and they are all fragile snowflakes if you are critical of the front desk
The absolute EXCELLENCE, the staff and Doctors are so professional, good, kind and efficient, I was speechless. I highly recommend this place.
Dr Prescott actually listened to me, asked questions about my symptoms, and went over what could be going on to diagnose my infections. It is so refreshing to be treated like a human in the ER and pushed out the door. Thank you so much for helping me!!!
This guy is a total quack! In April of 2022 in came in to his hospital, Texas Health HEB with obvious and serious symptoms of Strep Pneumonia. I had no idea that my health insurance wasn’t accepted at this hospital. I mistakenly assumed it was. Anyway, in the ER Mr. Prescott failed to diagnose my Strep Pneumonia. Even though I was weak, had a high fever and a rash all over my body.
