I was a little disturbed by how long I had to wait to see Dr. Noakes, but, afterall, they did squeeze me in this year so that I could use my VSP before it expired. Once I got through all of the beginning protocol, I met the most wonderful Optician. At the end of the appointment, after all of the shifting lenses on the vision machine, Dr. Noakes had this magic set of glasses that he put all sorts of lenses on so that I could see how my new glasses would improve my vision. Exceptional service by Dr Noakes and his staff. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend Dr.Noakes and his staff.
Over an hour late to take me into my appointment. I was there 2.5 hours. Their computers went down but they should have a way to still process patients. After I was done with my exam I had to wait for a long time to get "fitted" for contacts. It was very unorganized.
