The office of Dr. Nathan Latimer and Seth Latimer in Hyannis are the most disgraceful dental office I have ever been to. Upon arrival, I handed them my Delta Dental Insurance card from AARP which they took a copy of indicating, to me they took insurance. After my visit for an extraction, they asked me to pay in full and said. “We will submit your claim as a courtesy” WHAT WOULD THAT STATEMENT MEAN?
