My wife recently had an appointment at the Virginia Cancer Institute at the 8007 Discovery Dr. Suite A, Richmond, VA 23229 location. After having to fax over her records multiple times, I went in to drop of a release of medical information form. Initially, they would not let me turn it in and wanted me to come back with it after my wife had seen a doctor even though they could see she had an appointment scheduled. The hospital staff are not helps and user friendly. They are rude they disconnect phones without giving proper information. When we call for any information auto reply says for any other information call 0#, when we call 0# the lady who lady who answers the call is very rude. She hangs up phone without giving proper information. We felt like discriminating. But doctor is good.

I worked for VA cancer for 3 1/2 years. Once upon a time I loved that company, The Patient's was the BEST. However, as time went on I started to see the companies true colors. I brought a matter to management about an employee, because I felt harassed on a daily bases. Nothing was done until I walked away from the company. Unprofessional all across the bored...oh and training SUCKS!!!
