Very low quality customer care. Not talking patient care. I was going to him for a few years for regular care but the last visit that pushed me away I was never even seen. I was the first appointment after their lunch break, I was taken into an exam room and left for 45 min with no one even coming in to check on me. I finally had to leave to get back to work. I have to be completely honest with my review. Hour and a half wait times every time. Dr Lewis is friendly but is terrible in following through with simple and basic tasks such as emailing or printing out an after visit note (I needed to submit it to my employer).I have called the office numerous times and spoke to him directly for such a simple request, and it took him TWO WEEKS to finally email me a copy of the note, when it should have literally taken 2 MINUTES to simply print one out after the visit. The worst doctor I have ever been to. Was kept waiting for over an hour on two occasions. Only after the wait to be met by geriatric Dr. Lewis whose medical knowledge is out of date and incorrect. He also messed up sending in all of my prescriptions and even after many, many phone calls to his office, was not able to fix this. I am begging you, do not go to this doctor.
