This practice appears to have shifted focus away from patient care. It is unclear whether Dr. Hall is managing a larger patient load than he can handle or if the office staff prioritizes other tasks. I have been a patient of Dr. Hall’s for almost 20 years. His staff has become the worst medical staff I have ever dealt with. I messaged them three times and left two voicemails over the span of two weeks trying to get a referral to an ear, nose, and throat doctor. They never passed the messages along to him and there is no way to contact him directly. His staff is horribly rude and when you call to speak to someone it defaults to voicemail every time. Incredibly disappointing to see what his practice has become.

I have been seeing Dr. Hall for many years. I couldn't ask for a better doctor! He and his staff of Lucretia and others are always very informative, very responsive, and very caring! I appreciate you Dr. Hall and staff!
