Let me start off by saying Dr. Nate Henderson is an awesome dentist. The reason for the one star rating is due to the front office staff. Apparently, prior to the office moving, Dr. Henderson had some staff changes and let’s just say the level of customer service took a significant decline. After being a patient for years, I was mailed a letter stating that Dr. Henderson would no longer provide dental services to me due to cancellations. No calls, no “warning” just a letter in the mail. Dr. Henderson is a very kind and great dentist! His staff is also fantastic! Couldn't find a dentist that I would have wanted more!!
I've been going to Dr. Henderson since moving to Harrison five years ago. Previously I've only needed cleanings and his staff and office personnel are excellent.Today Dr. Henderson put in two crowns and I was amazed at his ability to do the entire procedure in just three hours.His skill combined with State of the Art technology were outstanding!
