Very un happy. My son has been sore for weeks he was finally excited for his early apointment at 7:45am, only for my wife and son to leave the house at 6:30am to be there on time. They waited in the waiting room just for them to tell her "oh yea his apointments cancelled sorry" He missed school for his apointment, and is still left with a very sore mouth. The poor kid can barley eat. Wish they would've called insted of having her bring him there for nothing.
I highly recommend Dr. Grebe, an exceptional dentist who takes immense pride in his work. He excels at making patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout every step of the process. Dr. Grebe's expertise and commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry shine through in his outstanding practice. Every visit to his office is a consistently great experience.
Always a great time when I go, very friendly, kind and respectful across the board, from the front desk to hygienists, and getting filings done, everyone is awesome, always look forward to going and getting my teeth cleaned, feel like a million bucks after leaving.
The team has made every experience painless, effortless, personal and professional. It’s worth noting there was zero pain, not even a slight pinch when he used numbing needle. I put off seeing any dentist for many years out of anxiety. Wish I knew there were people like Dr. Grebe and his dental assistants. I’m so happy I chose the right one Thank you!
