Was my breast cancer doctor in 2006. I am now seeing him for my mammograms.
Please consider another surgeon It is 8 mos. since surgery and I still do not have complete feeling in my upper under arm or armpit as this person damaged a nerve during surgery. I have been told by another surgeon that the feeling at skin level will not return. I have gone to physical therapy which helped remove the cording (scar tissue) and relieve the fluid margins around the seroma which developed after surgery but it did not help the seroma itself. During surgery he had difficulty with closing the wound and with a routi... read more
I have the utmost respect and confidence in Dr. Williams. He has taken care of my condition quickly and with great care. I'm thankful God led me to him. I possibly have much more to face this is only the beginning of my treatment, but I expect Dr. William to give me excellent care.
I went to this doctor after another doctor found that I had two tumors. I went to him to have surgery to have them removed. I informed him that I had "2". I even took the scans on a disc, and written report sent from the other doctor.. My surgery was scheduled. I went in and he removed only one of the tumors! When I saw him after the surgery he said he removed the tumor! I asked him about the other one, and reminded that there were 2 he said "I did not know there was another one"! I told him that I had brought him the CD and... read more
Breast biopsy.
Talented doctor with great bed-side manner. Respects my opinions and questions. Very experienced and up to date on current research and treatments.
Follow-up … his follow-up care and failure to provide information is horrible. I just came from the plastic surgeon for a consultation. The results are that the self-serving jerk Williams gets to decide how big my breasts are going to be because he failed to mention surgery after radiation is not advised when I specifically asked BEFORE I even had the lumpectomy. I can't fault his skills as a surgeon but he is too self serving for follow-up care. He's riding his reputation from when he was with HOPE but he is not the same do... read more
No complaints about Dr. Williams' surgical skills. He appears caring and concerned but if you question anything he says or express any concerns he is not as congenial. After a year of being his patient it was time to get back on a routine of follow-up mammograms. He wanted to do a mammogram in his office. Since I have very dense breast tissue, I requested to be referred for an all breast ultrasound (ABUS) in addition to a mammogram. Last year even Dr. Williams said I should have the ABUS along with a mammogram. It was the AB... read more
Dr Williams took time with myself and my family explaining my diagnosis. He is very kind, compassionate and honest with us. I would recommend him to all. He and his staff, treated me just like I was a family member. You could tell that he loves the Lord and it was a blessing to have him pray with us before surgery and at the office visit.
