Dr Fuksina herself is a good doctor. However, the front staff is awful. They do not want to do their job! If the office closes at 5pm and I call at 4:15 to ask a simple quick question and no one is picking up the phone and the time is now 4:37pm that is highly unacceptable. The front staff is lazy and does not need to be working in health care. After someone finally picks up, she says hold and transfers me to Florham Park when I work with the Newark location. Dr Fuksina is a very good doctor. The doctor really listens to her patients, and is understanding. Helps assist you in maintaining good health! Outstanding reputation is the reason patient load is heavy..the doctor stays booked. Try booking appointments 4-7 weeks ahead. Everyone be well♥️

If I had to critique one thing it would be the lady in charge of refilling scripts to be more timely. It’s now going on two weeks without my refill!
