Dr Fuksina is a most compassionate and competent doctor. Her knowledge is well rounded and her care is most attentive. Her staff seems to continuously evolve to be more responsive and caring
Dr Fuksina herself is a good doctor. However, the front staff is awful. They do not want to do their job! If the office closes at 5pm and I call at 4:15 to ask a simple quick question and no one is picking up the phone and the time is now 4:37pm that is highly unacceptable. The front staff is lazy and does not need to be working in health care. After someone finally picks up, she says hold and transfers me to Florham Park when I work with the Newark location.
