Don’t go here, she is the worst doctor I’ve ever had, she made me do unnecessary test, wanted me to go to other doctors, and pushed medication on me because she couldn’t figure out why I was having seizures even though my old doctor told me years ago that I had brain injury from multiple surgeries that caused my seizures and I gave her all that info yet she still couldn’t figure it out
I wish I could write an honest review of Dr.Alexander but unfortunately the office staff have yet to return my phone call to schedule an appointment. (After attempting for over a week).The phone prompts are also irrelevant #1-medication refill #2-billing questions #3-address phone or fax information #4-general questions or to make changes to an existing appointment #5-speak to a nurse None of these have been successful in speaking with an actual person or even getting an appointment scheduled. Great when the receptionist can't be bothered to look in the computer.
Doctor seem to have zero regard for their patients' time, but they expect their patients to be punctual and respectful of the doctor's schedule.
Hoping next appt is better this passed year I've got no relief and not treated well. The 1st initial appt with natasha was good but since then dealing with assistants has been very overwhelming and many let downs.
