Dr. Rajan is not only a good doctor but a nice, respectful gentleman. He listens and does all he can to help you. If he feels he needs to send you to another doctor with more expertise in the field concerning your problem, he doesn’t hesitate. I would recommend him highly!
Dr. Rajan and staff are very competent and courteous. I have been coming here for about 14 years and can't imagine going anywhere else.
This office is an absolute joke. They have signs posted all over about being late or missing appointments but they don’t mind making the patients wait. A 45 to 60 minute wait then at least 20 minutes waiting for the Dr when you finally make it to the back. Doc might spend 5 minutes with the actual patient. I’m done with this place.
Without a doubt the receptionist wins the prize for the most rude, obnoxious customer service person. It is a shame that she is the first point of contact for an otherwise professional medical team! The doctor would be wise to eliminate her from his practice ASAP.
