Doctor Rodionova is a great doctor with a wealth of experience and very thorough. The staff is good. Dr. Rodionova is very attentive and has been great to me. I have recommended to my mom who loves her, my daughter and her friends. A+ for me.
The office is a little disorganized but the care here is next level. Great listeners, extremely thorough. I had to reschedule a few times but it was worth the wait. You just have to be patient with them.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. I barely write reviews but the service at this Bronx office is so bad that a review is necessary. The Dr Natalya radianova put me on medication for my thyroids and legit never followed up again. I called and called and tried to schedule a follow up and could never get through. When you go onsite you wait fifty hours. Because of this, I was on a dosage of medication that was too old for TWO YEARS!! And as a result of this I developed an autoimmune thyroid condition.
