This office is unreachable all day long and filled with recordings that do not allow for messages to be left. I have been trying to get Prior-approved medication for my condition, (Diabetic type 2 ) for several days and cannot get through. The staff are not attentive to patient needs. I have been lied to about prior authorization sent to my pharmacist, this has yet to happen. I have not had meds for several days, which is life-threatening to my condition.
