Very unpleasant experience for client. Appointment started almost an hour late. Doctor was very rude and the lack of empathy was astounding. To be fair at the beginning of the appointment, she said she may come off as rude and she was correct she was rude. Report that was needed was not sent in a timely manner within 10 days of appointment. Which doctor said would be sent within 10 days. Report was sent over a month late. If you are looking for timeliness and efficiency this would not be the doctor to see.
