First time here and I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Dr.Kos Dental office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, friendly atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. (Coming from a guy that doesn't like visiting dental offices) The front desk lady named Cindy was so professional, efficient, and genuinely kind, making the check-in process smooth. Dr. Kos and her staff not only provide a great service, but are personable and really care to help you. I have never taken her as someone who’s in it only for the money as a one critical reviewer “claims” to have experienced. I recommend Dr. Kos to everyone in need of a dentist.
Surprisingly I didn't use this dentist. I'm writing this review because their receptionist was fast efficient and able to tell me that they couldn't see me at the time I needed. Still Appreciate the effort of this dr. Keep it up :)
