Very bad clinic, not recommended to anyone
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff were rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience instead of a patient. To make matters worse, I was given expired medication, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their standards and patient safety. A dental clinic should be the last place where people have to worry about something as basic as whether their medication is safe. My Son is just finishing up his braces, bottoms off, Teeth look great! He is super shy but the friendly staff brought him out of his shell and got some smiles out of him. Dr Gaik is super kind and professional. I have seen her be very generous with past patients. Highly recommend her☺️
Dr Gaik is so genuine and caring. She took the time to listen to what I was worried about and now I have amazing results! Dr Gaik is excellent and her staff are professional and accommodating. My teeth are so perfect and I get compliments constantly! You won’t be disappointed! I was given bonded wires for the top and bottom and also a removable retainer. I was also offered continuing recare visits after my braces came off at no charge. The office is so clean and open. This is a gem of an office!
Worst orthodontist in Hamilton. Don’t go there.
