I am happy to write this review that Dr. Sukhon and his staff, including the receptionist go above and beyond to care for their patients. Although some reviews complain about the “receptionist”, she is practically doing her job, some people who complain are people-friendly, but she just doesn’t do much small talk, however if you need an appointment scheduled, medication refilled, referral requested, she gets the job done ASAP. I’m beyond disappointed to leave this review for Dr. Sukhon. His office is a complete disaster. His wife, the receptionist, is not only rude but downright hostile. You’ll walk in to find surprise “unpaid balances” and have to practically beg for an itemized list. She interrupts, mismanages appointments, and is the reason good staff keeps leaving. Dr. Sukhon has shown some attentive care over the years, but today was the final straw. After 20 years, I walked out and immediately found a new PCP. He mishandled my FMLA paperwork... read more
