I am deeply disappointed in the care I received from NP Nasr Basir Balla. I attended my follow up appointment to discuss the side effects of Escitalopram. I was dismissed with Nurse Balla stating “all medications have side effects”. The side effects were so severe that I did not continue taking the medication after the first dose but if she stopped to listen, she would have understood my concerns.
