My first visit this morning was excellent! The office staff, Ms. Mercedes and Ms. Janet, were very friendly and helpful. Scheduling an appointment by phone went smoothly. Recently, my husband went to another local Urologist and we had a very bad experience. They implemented an AI scheduling service which somehow scheduled more than the capacity at one time.
