My mother saw him. I was called this past summer and was informed he was closing his practice due to illness. Sorry to hear.

I am writing this for my grandmother, she had been a patient of Dr. Bullar for over a decade. She suffers from Seizures and has taken the medication Dilantin/Phenytoin for years as Rx’d by the Doctor. And for 18 years she took the medication and continued getting Seizures. She also complained of Headaches while on the medication. My grandma wanted to begin taking CBD oil to help prevent the Seizures, and spoke to Dr. Bullar about it.
