I was referred by my Doctor (Dr Taheri) to Dr Ahmadi for a check up as I have had enlarged prostate causing frequent visit to toilet. It was decided for a cystoscopy procedure. Today I had that procedure done at the Concorde hospital (helpful and friendly nurses and staff at the hospital btw) and am very happy with the result. A million thanks to Dr Ahmadi and his team. One of the noticeable experience was their comforting attitude towards a patient. Thank you!!
I called the clinic today and was really disappointed by the reception experience. I was spoken to in a condescending tone, asked sensitive questions without compassion, and hung up on twice, once even after asking to speak to management. As a patient seeking help, this felt dismissive and unprofessional. Reception is often the first impression of a clinic and unfortunately, this left me feeling hesitant to trust the service. It is with heartfelt thanks and gratitude that I write this review about Dr Ahmadi. I have had my PSA levels tested for the last 27 years and they have been fine. In December 2024 I had a stomach upset and infection. My GP did full tests including PSA and it was elevated which can be because of an infection. That got cleared up but 6 weeks later my PSA level was still elevated so I was referred to Dr Ahmadi in January 2025 and thank heavens I was. Amongst the best urologists . Saved my left kidney with a miraculous operation on my left kidney. I recommend him for complicated cases especially and everyone else with urological disorders.
