Ive been a patient of Dr. Patel since 2015. He's very caring and spends as much time as you need with him. I would recommend him 1000% such a wonderful doctor
It’s unfortunate that Dr Patel’s office staff is lacking in professional skills and are rude. Don’t believe I can trust his staff if I really needed to see the doctor. I had given the staff a form for labs I needed for an upcoming surgery. Apparently, the staff lost? it. This caused me not to get all the labs required. I had to call numerous times AND go to the office. While I was on the phone, they were questioning me as to when I brought the form, who was the doctor, what person did I give the form to? I had an appointment made to see Dr.Patel,I went to do Labs a week before and the day before my appointment at 4:45 in the afternoon I got a call from the office telling me that my appointment was cancel because they were over booked,I reported to my insurance and they said they need to conduct an investigation because they didn't see any reason for what they did,they will not reschedule my appointment,I will continue with the complaint with the insurance until action is taken.
Love him. He is an amazing Dr, always willing to help you anyway he can and will listen to you and answer all the questions you have. They are all amazing here
