Dr Narby and staff are excellent. She takes time to explain all aspects of the use of hearing. Staff have always been polite and professional. Dr Narby has greatly improved my life. I now hear things that I haven’t heard in many years.
Purely adequate audiologist. Office staff is a bit on the surly side. Make sure they fully explain any financial arrangements you make with them, because if there is a misunderstanding you can expect rude and aggressive on their part when it comes to collecting their money. Would NEVER consider going back!
Dr Narby is the best audiologist that I’ve been associated with. She and her staff provide seamless care and service. Sound guidance and suggestions based on patient need and hearing specifics.
I cannot say enough about how the Dr. and her Staff are always there ready to help you! I did not realize how much hearing I had lost until she fit me with hearing aids! She recommended exactly what I needed. The office is very friendly and knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong by seeing Dr. Narby about any hearing issues!
