This office is a catastrophe from the front desk through to some of the support staff with nurse poor call back performance. Dr. Rao is my cardiologist since he performed an emergency angioplasty in January 2016. He is a gentleman and I am sorry to have to report such a miserably inhospitable office. I had a heart monitor for 48 hours beginning 13 January and was told to call for results on the following Tuesday, 21 January.
