They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
