Absolutely horrible
Dr. Tejedor has been my PCP for many many years and I have to say that she is an excellent doctor very patient and willing to listen. She does have a calm demeanor (which is good) which may be taken for lack of interest but she does care for her patients and I highly recommend her and the office staff has always been fantastic with me, always very helpful, friendly and professional. Horrible experiencia, todos desde el staff de recepción hasta la doctora deben de dedicarse a otra labor, no sensibilidad palpable, falta de respeto hacia pacientes. Nunca dejes un mensaje que no lo apuntan como le dictas ni menos te devuelven la llamada que tanto esperas para aliviar tu dolor. Wuao. Desepcionante..
She permanently has a disinterested face and lacks manners. Also, she didn't explain the type of ultrasound that I was supposed to get. Imagine the shock I had when I did the transvaginal ultrasound unprepared, even the doctor that performed the ultrasound apologized for my primary doctor's negligence.
Well I am actually very satisfied. At 1st she seemed very awkward. However , I always get the help I need an we discuss different medications that help with blood pressure and whatever else I am going threw. She gave me naproxen for my back pain with that does help! I am a fan of non narcotics and she is great for helping me with referrals to see a specialist if I need one. All an all she's is nice an does help .
