I cannot express how much I appreciate Dr. Shackleton and her amazing staff. I had gone to another company for Invisalign, and didn't have a very good experience or results with them. Due to my crossbite, Dr. Shackleton took the time to explain what was needed to correct my teeth and that I needed full braces. Her and her staff were always very attentive and professional. I am so very happy with my results and cannot recommend them enough!
When looking for an orthodontist, I wanted an office that was caring, understanding of my needs, and would help me to achieve the look I wanted. I definitely found this and more at Dr. Shackelton's office. They've been so kind, fun, and really make me feel part of a dental family. If I could offer less stars I would. I waited to write this review, but this one is for you Nancy! I feel sorry for the employees that work for Nancy Shackleton, they were all wonderful. Nancy on the other hand was so unprofessional and rude to me and my family I can't imagine how she treats her staff. Thank you for the full reimbursement it was appreciated by me. Dr. Shackleton is a thorough orthodontist. She cares about her patients, and her results are as close to perfection as you'll find. The pictures are the day I got them on and the day I got them off.
