Worst experience on a L&D unit! Neglectful, lazy, absent minded insufficient staff. I would have been better off at home. I delivered there 4 years ago and the thought of the experience there still brings me to tears.
I love the staff at Carthage especially Dr.Plumbo,they were attuned to my health issue and even found the real issue when Samaritan could not,longest wait I ever had at Carthage was maybe 20 minutes if that but at Samaritan I sat in the waiting room for 6 1/2 hrs in agonizing pain and people that came in after me got seen before I did so I'm done with Samaritan,only downside is the Billing's department,my surgery was back in February of this year and all insurance paper work was done but we are still getting billed ($8,000) ... read more
