Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this office based on my experience. I signed a contract for comprehensive orthodontic treatment, but key aspects of my care that were discussed during consultation and included in the written treatment plan were never completed. I went to see Dr. Leung about a large space between a couple of molars after Invisalign. Dr. Leung offered me a thorough exam of my alignment and bite yesterday and explained clearly and very completely my three options to correct this issue (and some others which were clear in photos taken by her staff). Everyone in the office was professional and courteous, and I appreciate that there was no “hard sell” as I experienced in another local practice.
Had my braces here (for cosmetic reasons) and was explained my “treatment plan” only for it to not be followed through by the Dr. When it came to removing my braces I asked about what was discussed and then was told it was “not required” even though it was discussed as part of my treatment plan! She was very well aware of the cosmetic plan in place, and my concerns throughout the 2 years of treatment. I have three kids now with Braces and Dr. Leung has been amazing from the beginning. Very friendly, accommodate my three kids appointment all at the same time. We have not had any issues with her or the office. I highly recommend Dr. Leung.
