Hectic facility, felt nobody cares. Only copay was important Stay away from this practice Won't come again
Dr. Nancy Lau is great, highly recommend! Exceptional bedside manner and great listener, you can tell she truly wants to help. The office facility is clean, the front desk and all her technicians are very professional, respectful, considerate. After procedure I was served with a tea, an apple juice cookies and the sponge cake. Felt like I’m at home ! The wait time was a little bit longer than I expected 40 min delay, but it’s ok. I am lucky to be the patient of Dr.Lau.
I have been going to Dr Lau since 2013. I never had a bad experience. I find her bedside manners very professional and compassionate. I won't go to another gastrologist.
We have been patients of Dr Lau over 15 years . She always calls promptly with results , is very personable and has gotten my husband cured of hepatitus C ( we keep checking over a decade and there is no trace of it since his blood transfusion in 1985 ). She has made great dietary sugestions for my ulcer, fatty liver and gastritus and her anesitisologist Dr Krishna is the best !
Very unprofessional. Got a wrong diagnosis on my itching problems.
Doctor was okay. Very robotic, no personality. But the icing on the cake was the three weeks I had to wait for my lab results. I've been having extreme stomach aches and nausea and i don't appreciate having to wait three weeks. I called three different times and was told the doctor hasnt had a chance to look at it yet...3 weeks and i'm still waiting....
