DO NOT use this practice! I called in before going, to ensure it would be covered under my insurance. I was told my initial visit would be billed as a well visit. I checked again with the front desk on the day of my appointment. The doctor was 40 minutes begins and met with me for 15 minutes. Then, I got a bill for a full 60 minute visit and when my insurance didn’t cover it I was told it was because it was not coded as my check up wellness visit.
