If zero stars were possible, I would give zero. Did not enjoy my time there and when I moved away and tried to transfer to another doctor, Dr. Taylor's office held up the process for over a month.
I came in dressed in sweatpants because I have a cold and they treated me much different than my last visit. Very rude staff, every member disregarded me. Nancy Taylor ordered a drug test for my medical clearance and it wasn’t even required! I had no problem passing it but felt very stereotyped by this office. Staff was rude to me and told me Nancy couldn’t check my tests until next week because she’s not in on Friday. Then told ME I scheduled an inconvenient appointment for myself. We were referred by a family friend to the office of "The Doctors Taylor" after moving to Jackson. I am so happy to claim them as our family doctor. They always treat us as family and are happy to patiently explain complicated diagnosis and test results. I would fully recommended them if you are seeking kind and compassionate medical care.
Great practice. Caring, knowledgeable staff, highly recommend.
