Called to make an appointment as new patient, they never answered the phone, they give you options of you need to schedule but they won’t pick up. Is hard to make an appointment there. I even create an account at my chart and still not able to gel an appointment, it will take a week to get an email or call back. I just needed to be seen after surgery, had to switch providers due to insurance and now I’m with no pcp, or at least a post op consult.
