I went to Dr. Chung for a annual visit. She was thorough and a great listener. I had an amazing experience.
The doctor is ok. The staff is nice but they keep sending you bills . I did colo/endoscopy last September, paid all 20% of the bill medicare doesn't cover. Now, in January 2025 I got other $212.05 . This is ridiculous. Stay away of this business

I found she had no bedside manner & I felt rushed and totally unheard. The Westmed search function had steered me wrong and it turned out that the primary reason for my visit is not part of her practice, although it is a common area for gastroenterologists. This was frustrating because I had discussed this fairly personal matter with three of the people answering the phone and scheduling appointments. She did little to hide her irritation.
