I've went to Spradlin since I was 2 years old. I'm 32 now and my niece started to attend here. Missed two appointments because of Covid and weather. They said because we didn't call, they can't reschedule her. I understand making cutoffs, but this is ridiculous. Over 20 years of attending this dentistry and because of 2 no shows they refuse to ever see my 9 year old niece in their office again.
