Excellent experience!! Nurse & Doctor were a delight to meet. Look forward to future visits.
Dr Burt was professional however her staff were very stand off-ish. Scheduler is immature and not helpful. Staff unwelcoming. Don't greet customers very sterile attitude. Check out rude not accommodating. We were told that procedure would may or may not be covered to call our insurance company about out of pocket cost. That should be the responsibility of billing. This clinic lacking in tact. kindness and professionalism.
The staff are amazing and Dr. Burt is just awesome. She listens, troubleshoots, and wants the best pain relief for you.
Dr. Burt is VERY thorough and really listened to my concerns. In a healthcare world that is always rushed, I truly appreciate her taking time to address my questions.
