The most efficient well run Dr's office.
Had a very bad experience today at Nancy burt Office with my mother-in-law September 1, 2026. Her appointment was at 9:45 AM. She had confirmed it. We got there this morning. The staff was ridiculous. Very rude disrespectful one of the individuals named Connie. She talked to me very disrespectful and very rude. my mother-in-law did confirm the text of 9:45 AM they did not honor it. No matter day you can call over 15 times and get forwarded to a voicemail which is unprofessional. If I need documents signed for work leave I literally have to drive there to get someone attention and hand them the documents. There 3 staff members sitting behind the desk but not one can answer a phone call is ridiculous.
I like working with Dr Burt she's great and right to the point.
