Love Dr. Phillips, so disappointed at her staff. I tried making an appointment to see her in June of 2023, the scheduling staff told me there was nothing available until the fall to call back in August. I did & made an appointment for December. On November I received a call canceling my appointment & rescheduling me with another Dr. whom I never met. They told me that Dr Phillips was only doing research. I saw Dr. Philips a few times since 2020. The appointments went OK, never taken on time, but with OK treatment. I scheduled my annual back in April, 2023. First appointment was in June. In late May, She canceled & rescheduled me for August. Which she then again Canceled and rescheduled me for November. I called in early September to say my insurance is changing Oct 31st. They did nothing to accommodate me & wasted a lot of my time. As a result I found a much closer facility providing MUCH nicer care. As a result, I do not re... read more

I love Dr. Phillips. One of the most personable Drs I have met. She genuinely listens to your concerns and comes up with plans to help you. She has been with me through my PCOS journey and she knows me so well. She was the first Dr to explain what PCOS was and drew pictures for me to understand what was going on with my body. She took the time out for me and didn’t rush to leave the room. She did my 1st Pap smear which was so scary for me but she walked me through by showing me deep breathing techniques.
