RED FLAG: There’s constant staff turnover, and new employees clearly are not trained on office policies. I’ve received conflicting information multiple times, which makes it difficult to trust anything coming from this practice. Follow-up care is unreliable and inconsistent. Messages aren’t returned, prescriptions are mishandled, and accountability feels nonexistent. It is disappointing that I have to leave a review like this and change doctors after multiple years here, but this has reached a point where there is no turning back. Today i was charged $100 simply because I called to get a prescription refill, something that has not been the case for the last 3 years. My husband went to this practice and had a terrible experience with billing and the receptionist. They charged him for a televisit that never occurred when he called to refill his prescription, and when asking what the charge was for, the receptionist said it was because insurance required a televisit to refill the prescription, but if that was required, the doctor never called him and did an actual televisit. They charged him without communicating this and billed his insurance and him for something that never occurred. When... read more

They Do not have simple tools to extract items from the ill patients ears. Will sit up and laugh about your injury all the way taking your hard earned insurance money! You have been warned!
