RED FLAG: There’s constant staff turnover, and new employees clearly are not trained on office policies. I’ve received conflicting information multiple times, which makes it difficult to trust anything coming from this practice. Follow-up care is unreliable and inconsistent. Messages aren’t returned, prescriptions are mishandled, and accountability feels nonexistent.
