I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I have known about my PCOS diagnosis for over 10 years, and I clearly stated on the initial paperwork: “I have PCOS and I am trying to get pregnant.” Despite several appointments and tests, the final consultation ended with nothing more than being told, “You have PCOS, and good luck.” I expected a higher level of care, guidance, and treatment options. This office is nonchalant. I checked in mins early to make sure I was on time appt at 2: 30 I sit down. No one says anything at 3:00 while I am still sitting there patiently waiting. I then go to the front no one is up front, someone finally comes around the corner. I ask am I going to be seen. The medical assistant says oh Dr. Kattal must be running late. Ok so this is what yall do have yall customers waiting, dont say nothing like our time is not valuable. A form of communication would be nice. OFFICE ON AMHERST
I wish I had something good to say but unfortunately after 3 visits in 1 year, there have been no improvements. Her bedside manner is absolutely horrible, she does not let you finish a sentence without interrupting you, and does not care about the actual patients needs. Very quick and very rushed each time. I will be transferring personally but wanted to give my opinion on my experiences for anyone curious if this is the right doctor for them.. She probably isn’t.
