I want to give 0 star if i could for the receptionist there. She should fix her attitude when talking to customers, with the mimic voice answer to clients espcially Vietnameses. I hope the owner or doctor can take this complaint seriously. Thanks
If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Nam Pham does the very baseline of bare minimum. He will only treat symptoms to suppress them, not to deal with the root cause nor prevention. One of his patients experienced dysphagia (food getting caught in the throat and regurgitating) and he didn't send for tests to investigate, which any competent doctor would do. Instead, he sent the patient home with two different types of acid reflux medications and called it a day. That's just the most recent example of how bad of a doctor he is.... read more
I will not be coming back here. I have had symptoms for over a year causing me to miss work days, my physical health is in poor shape as I’m no longer able to go to exercise as often as before because this “doctor” will only see me for 2 minutes and prescribe the same medication to suppress my symptoms and blame it on “stress and anxiety”
He was very kind and helpful, great service, definitely will be going back soon
